Nothing rude about it. Corporate owned company....the employees do what they are instructed to do.side note; despite your personal thoughts, nobody has the time or energy to stroll to the back and randomly select a customers item and "play with it". Never happens.Half of these reviews are completely bogus! Just FYI”
