We switched from Geico to State Farm about eight years ago due to rising rates and declining service, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Rodney Allen and his team are exceptional—always helpful, attentive, and responsive to our family’s evolving needs. We rarely need to reach out, but when we do, the local staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. In an era of frustrating automated systems and subpar service, Rodney’s office is a refreshing change. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, personalized insurance service!

I have been with Rodney Allen State Farm for 15 years and have always had great service. They have always been quick to respond to my needs. The staff is always great to talk to and they never treat you like a burden! The only issue that I have ever had is with the Bloomington IL office on the price of my 2014 Acadia that they said was totaled and they only gave me $9000 for a $12000 vehicle!
