Highly recommend stopping into the Hixon store and letting River help you! He took his time in explaining every detail. He searched for the best plan that worked for my needs. River is very welcoming and takes his time with you!

Came to this location to get a new screen protector. Multiple people in the lobby. I was perfectly fine with that. However, two employees were working 2. We gave our name to one of the 2 employees and then poof he disappeared. Leaving the only other employee, who was with a customer,alone with 3 customers to deal with. Not only is this selfish, it’s UNSAFE.One employee with 9 people( the customers had family with them) anything could happen. T Mobile please do better. Train better and work on customer service .

Thanks to Anthony for taking excellent care of my parents and their new phones. Asking the right questions and making sure they got what worked for their need. It was a pleasant time and the knowledge was expert. Also thanks to Dave for the assist!

Jeff here was incredibly rude my aunt was having trouble with her service she just got her phones so she was trying to return but Jeff specifically was rude to her and she was only trying to make sure T-Mobile got its' phones/accessories back so she wouldn't be charged for something not workable.

After spending 4 hours in the store for one new phone and two that just needed service and phone number transfer I am now home with 3 non working phones. My calls go through from my old number and texts are going out to a different number. Myself and the other 2 people on my plan can’t even text each other. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

I believe the man’s name was Jeff, but he was the first person to greet us at the door and worked with us for almost 2 hours to get me the right phone , upgrade package and everything in between. I am highly impressed with this location and I truly love my service

This store is a complete joke, I’m the account holder and they refuse to help me bc it’s my middle name on the bill instead of my first name. Which clearly shows on my driver’s license. I have never had a issue coming in store. They refuse to help any customer that comes in. I will be finding a new carrier I’m done with T-Mobile.

My husband and I switched from ATT to T-Mobile last month. We came in to the store to compare our options with T-Mobile vs Verizon. We had done some research that said T-Mobile had a bigger service area (which I now know may be true but the quality of that service actually sucks. Im always rockin just one bar). But I digress… Anthony B at T-Mobile on 153 knows exactly what he’s talking about. We even walked out with an Apple Watch and an additional line that we weren’t even looking for.They have terrific military benefits and you don’t have to be active duty. But Anthony B. He knows his numbers. He was able to tell me the exact monthly payment my bill would be. Which actually says a lot about t-mobile’s tack on service costs and random fees(basically there are none!)Mind you when I got my bill I thought Anthony got one over on me but when I set up auto-pay the cost of the bill came to almost exactly what he said (somewhere in there they added a cent- hopefully it goes straight to Anthony).Thanks T-Mobile and Anthony B. Their service works but it is slow. I’d still keep it for the fact our bill is around $190 a month with two brand new phones and a new Apple Watch. Boom baby! Thanks again.

They’re not available or helpful like the location that was by Starbucks on 153. They also don’t answer the phones. There’s no sense of urgency and their customer service is poor. I understand that this particular field of work can’t be rushed but the amount of workers they have there shouldn’t be such long waits

I am not a T-Mobile customer and yet this store manager and the mobile expert were EXTREMELY helpful!I am a past T-mobile customer and had a billing/accounts question that couldn't be resolved online. They asked me to visit a store and I happened to pick this store in Hixson randomly to walk into.The store manager Steve was not only helpful, he went above and beyond to help me solve my past-account problem.As this was getting solved, I mentioned I had to switch out of T-Mobile because I moved to a rural area with poor reception a couple of years ago. The Mobile Expert Michael helped me through a few solutions that might actually work for me.For the 30mins I was there, I noticed several customers walk-in and everyone being served courteously. Overall, I left with a very positive impression of the service at this store. Great customer service and knowledgeable experts!
