Preston at Element Home Loans truly brought ease to an otherwise difficult process. We initially were handling our funding through the builder's preferred lender but ran into roadblock after roadblock. Our agent recommended reaching out to Element Home Loans and specifically Preston to discuss our options. Preston took time out the very same day to call me and speak at length regarding what Element Home Loans had to offer. Upon speaking with him, it was clear that he was well versed, experienced, and answered all of our questions with clarity. We opted to forego a Builder's Incentive and went with Element because we just felt so comfortable right away. Our process was initially expected to be easy as we were under contract with the sale of our current home and intended roll that equity right into this new loan with Element. Unfortunately, the buyer on our home backed out and forced us back to market which presented a new problem, we were scheduled to close within 45 days and were not yet under contract. Preston and Max worked with diligence to get us back on track and managed to get us fully approved for the new home, regardless of our inability to sell our current home. Just when we thought we'd lose out on our new home build, Element came through and got it done. Preston was in constant contact, worked timely, and made sure to get this done for us. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and concern Element showed us while giving us grace as we closed a mere three weeks after the birth of our second child. You can imagine the stress level and logistics associated and yet, Preston and Element made it happen. They even brought us a gift bag at closing! We're so pleased to have found Element and Preston. Thank you for everything!

Brent Haas is a THE person for the job. He works magic. I highly recommend him and his team they were able to hurdle every obstacle that came in our way and secure us an FHA loan. He was available seven days a week to walk us through every question and concern. Definitely using him again in the future!

This is our second time working with Kevin Blair, and the second time is as perfect as the first time was. Our Realtor recommended Kevin, and I can easily understand why. He is hard working, a great communicator, and I feel like he is a professional. With Kevin, the loan process is easy and efficient.Added the following on 8/1/2023: We just closed our third loan with Kevin and his team, and again - the service was TOP NOTCH. My wife and I are so glad we trusted Kevin to handle our loan. I give him 6 stars out of 5 star rating. Thank you again Kevin! You are the best!

Excellent front of house to the back! This team is great at what they do, connected, and caring! They draw a crowd in all the right ways. Clients love their precision in preapproval processes and their daily status reports to all parties. Kevin Blair knows more about the heart of his industry than anyone else in the business.

As first-time homeowners with a 20% down payment asking for a conventional loan, we were looking into working with a large, well known mortgage company however we were referred by our realtor to go with this local vender, Keven Blair Team at Element Home Loans.First impressions were great, and we were reassured we would receive a loan from this company by the owner, Kevin, however, a month before closing we received a phone call by an associate of the company stating they cannot work with us anymore. Looking for a clearer answer, we called Keven and sadly, we have yet to receive a return phone call from him.Thankfully, the large, well known mortgage company who we originally planned to work with was quick and thorough and we were able to purchase our home during this seller-based market. I would NOT suggest using this team and/or company as a first-time homeowner to prevent unnecessary stress due unreliability.For my review I gave them a 1/5 stars. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant however, even before being declined, it was hard to communicate with them. Text messages were sent without a response and the phone calls made went to voicemails.
