I came in today with a phone that wouldn't charge. After getting the runaround from my phone company on my warranty options, I was frustrated and really hoping to find an answer here. Jesse helped explain my warranty and repair options, and after taking a look at my phone, realized that the port just needed a cleaning. His customer service was top-notch. I was extremely happy with the outcome and with how knowledgeable he was. I will definitely come here for all of my future repairs.

Last week we had to take our son’s iPad in because part of the charger cord broke off in the port. We have insurance thru Asurion so we brought it here as AT&T directed us to.
Staff was VERY thorough & friendly. Took them a minute to get to me as they were busy but once they did, they had the issue fixed quickly!
I think we were only in there a total of 10-15 minutes !! In & out , wham bam !!! Didn’t even charge me the deductible either !!! Highly recommend for any electronic needs.
While I was waiting, I noticed they do deep cleaning on gaming & computer systems.
One stop shop ya’ll !

I took my phone to get the back fixed and they broke the front of it 😂they should call this place “ubreakit, ibreakitmore”. then tried to charge me for a new front screen … so I just went and got a new phone all together at Verizon. They were nice in their delivery of this information tho. We didn’t argue I just picked it up and left.

Jessie in Hixson was awesome. He was very quick and professional with his assessment of our Nintendo Switch problem. His goal was first and foremost to be helpful, and even though he could have performed a costly repair, he gave us good advice on additional steps we could take to save time and money. We will definitely be calling again in the future for gaming repairs.
