Xfinity in Hixson is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with for Customer service. I’ve had two phones stolen that I traded in for $700 on each phone and they never applied it to my bill. It’s going to five months and still from calling Xfinity corporate to going into the store over 20 times still issued not resolved. This company sucks. I wish I was negative. Delete her review I don’t give a negative hundred.Never had a problem like this before then with a Xfinity Mobile for five months it’s the most horrible experience I’ve ever had now I’m trying to find out if I can turn the phones in and just be done with them I’m gonna be filing a lawsuit against them because of the money I’m lost on my time. Oh my gosh running back-and-forth trying to get this stuff resolved, I’ve spent over seven hours in five months trying to resolve these issues still nothing

I'm giving them a one because I had a line added on 7/25/23, an was charged with in 2 days. Then I brought my own phone, a chip was put in now the phone isn't compatible so now I've lost my number. Nowwww they offered to help save me money on the internet bill but didn't tell me they disconnected my streaming box. I've never had to call Comcast this much. Nowwww they want me to pay 15.00 to reconnect the box..they suck!

Got the service yesterday and canceled today. They have a cap On the internet, they tell you get one gig. But when you get to that point, it slows way down. And try to charge you a $100 for a technician to come to your house. That's a little extreme when I can go to EPB fiber optics No cap on internet and and only pay thirty dollars for technician, or if it's their internet problem, technicians are free,

Y’all have charged me an overage of $1350 in 18 months due to the fact I had to drop your cable service and move in with me mom because my step dad died of Covid. $25 per line, 3 lines x 18 months = $1350. S***** company, S***** customer service and HORRIBLE untrained employees. nobody wants to help you, nobody wants to pull the agreements, they make new employees help you and managers seem to get annoyed when they have to help or if you say you have a problem. watched one lady roll her eyes at a customer and cop an attitude. charged me almost $400 for one month of service when i was told it would be $45 a month. they never wanted to fix it, customer service will transfer you till you get hung up on. don’t trust these people, they will throw you into debt and not help you.

People at store are okay but Xfinity as a company is a joke and gone downhill and is constantly raising the prices on your bill even after lowering bill it still goes up for fees and price increase

Traci Silva, the retail store manager, needs to be let go.When problems come up, she stays in the back and uses her floor workers to do her job. (Very unprofessional and not a good example to your workers)We came in after our second bill question (because phone service is useless) and the guys on the floor had no clue. They continued to go back and ask her questions while coming back with answers that didn’t make any sense.Our bill jumped from 186 to 240 and no one could simply give us an answer of why.(Didn’t mathematically add up on bill)All while other customers were coming in with the SAME ISSUE.After having issues back to back, and seeing how the manager ran the store, we then said that we would just like to take our business elsewhere.As soon as that was said, the manager did have enough time to cut our service off (even though we paid at that moment and also still had a week of service) so obviously she had the time to actually do that while she was behind doors before we could return our equipment.Not leadership at all. Again, very disappointed to see how management uses their employees to hide behind while they do their job and management’s.

Xfinity is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with!! Paid my bill, got a receipt. Two days later my service was cut off!! Called customer service and nobody can give me a reason why. They can't turn it back on until they find out what the problem is. I have already changed my cell phone to At@T! Fixing to change everything else to them also. I would give a lower star if there was one. A low rating of a billion less stars or more!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! Also they are never open during their normal scheduled hours. They are constantly closing early. Don’t waste your time coming to this location if you need something urgent. You likely won’t even be helped.

Mod couldn't help me and was very rude. Told me that her supervisor was out of town at a meeting. Told me that I could just cancel service and dispute the fee and then told me that I was in a contract until May 2024
