The Meriwether Market is a family-owned and operated county store and deli combination located just off the Natchez Trace Parkway. It provides quality and convenience with the goal of creating a repeatable experience. This is not a normal snack stop; it offers delicious-looking food like smoked meats, sandwiches, chicken wings, and sides. The chicken wings are the best, full of flavor and juiciness. Sandwiches, such as the smoked baloney and chicken salad, are made with great care and are absolutely delicious. Sides and desserts, like potato salad and ice cream, are also awesome. The folks there are super nice, friendly, and awesome, offering great recommendations. It is a small store with the basics, well worth the drive and a stop for anyone traveling the Trace.
Love that these little stores are still a staple in our community. I wish they were all like this again. Takes me back to a kid and October Fest. Great little stop on hwy 20 between Summertown and Hohenwald.

Beautiful little place that pops up in the middle of no where. Amazing milkshakes,variety of stuff prices are okay.
