“I have traveled across this U.S. numerous times (my move to Hohenwald was the 52nd move of my life and I am 67 years old) - and have stayed with Walmart to make sure of the consistency of my meds across the country. Since the quad bypass in 2021, the number of meds I need to take has greatly increased.

I have found the entire staff at the Hohenwald Walmart to be helpful, friendly, kind, willing to go that extra step EVERY time - VERY rare from my experience. If something is out of stock on the shelves and I can see it in the overflow top shelf, they will come out and get it down for me. If I ask for a suggestion or recommendation, they will take the time to answer my question. I have had 'bad days' and probably show it when I come in to pick up my meds - they go above and beyond, it seems. I have been using this pharmacy for 8 years and have NEVER had a complaint with any of the staff.

My one and ONLY complaint is that after the remodel, it is not easy to get close to the register with the scooter if the register with the pole in the space is being used. That has nothing to do with the staff but a poor remodel design.”
