If I could give a negative star I would. Worst attitude and service department I have ever dealt with. All they wanted to do was read the owners manual to me to explain things. Bottom line vehicle is not working properly and they did not fix not one problem

I thought going to the dealership would be beneficial. Wrong, I took my vehicle on 3 occasions. 1st time I went to get 1 headlight replaced, I was told by ******************* that once he replaced the bulb it was blue and that was the original color of the bulb for my vehicle. I advised **** that I could not ride with 2 different bulbs so he put the bulb that was taken out back in and removed the blue light the bulb was back working he told me it could be the fuse.2nd time I had no headlights & ask if it was a cheaper brand that could be used I was told no it has to be mopar I was quoted ****** for each bulbI scheduled an appointment . 3rd time I went back I had 1 working headlight I advise ****** that I would be leaving the vehicle because something else has to be wrong if my bulbs are going in & out it must be something else. My car was picked up by my stepfather when I got the receipt I notice I was charged ****** for 2 bulbs a fuse tax & 3% charge for using a cc I immediately call the dealership a bout being over charged they wanted verification of the quoted ****** I advised it was attached to the receipt from service I had done & they wouldnt look I informed I took a picture of the quote I emailed that to them on 9/22/23 called several times regarding a refund. I spent a lil over ******* on headlights turns out I probably didnt even need them I had 1 working bulb they claim they replaced both why when only 1 wasnt working. A week later no working headlights took my car today 10/9/23 now I need a power distribution box or it could be the wire but they recommend replacing the box which will be over ***** to fix I ask Why was this not told when I spent over **** it should have been looked into only answer they couldnt tell by just looking I advised my car was left to have the issues checked. I receive a ***** even refund I was not reimbursed for taxes or additional 3% I asked ****** why she stated she would have to get with the manager in parts

My initial review was from 4 years ago, my most recent experience was from 6ish mos ago.*Reply to the comment that I just received from the business*Honestly the last time I was there they had new staff and it had changed from being a great experience to a not so great experience. I had to call them multiple times and check and see if my parts were in (this went on for over a month). I was told I would get a call back and I would never recieve it. I finally got my engine mounts on, which seems to be doing great.I still never got a call about the bracket for my transmission.. The technician bent my old one back for the time being so I guess it's fine.I think the issue has less to do with the technicians and mechanics and more to do with customer service.

Ok price on used vehicles. Salesman will get accessories approved as part of the sale. Dealership will charge back the salesman for them to pay out of pocket. Took two months to get what was promised in the deal. Had to call numerous times. Still do not have the overpayment for transfer of tags.

First time coming here. I had called in advance and set up a time for a diagnostic. Justin was super friendly each time we spoke and upon checking my vehicle in. The service manager gave me a ride to work and was super nice. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue same day(thanks to the mechanics). The service manager even stayed a bit late for me to pick my vehicle up after work. My experience was great, No complaints!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience today with our purchase of a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Every step of the process was a breeze - Stephanie, Brandon, Brendan, and Adam made it super easy. In fact, every single person we interacted with was super pleasant.It was an hour and a half drive to get here, but we’ll be back next time for sure - and we’ll tell our friends to come here too.

Everyone worked together so well to provide the service and the car we needed. The process flowed so well and so smoothly from the time we visited the website, the actual dealership site, until the time we signed forms and were given our brand new key. They provided so many securities concerning our car (including the lifetime warranty), that I’m glad we didn’t go anywhere else. Thank YOU, GOD for the ppl that worked with us and for our new 2021 Nissan Armada!!! ?? ??

My boyfriend and I saw a car online on Car Gurus and did an online approval through the site and was under the impression we got approved/ pre approval and even had an overview explaining all the payments plans and where we had added extra insurances, ect and was quoted a downpayment of $500 and monthly price in our budget and was supposed to go look at this car. We had received a video the next morning of the vehicle but since we didn't receive a phone call from dealership. (Stephanie claims to had called my boyfriend twice with it going to voicemail both times but he didn't even receive a voicemail from her had that been the case) Maybe she did, maybe she didn't but I personally would have left a voicemail. So once we received the email, he called them and inquired about the vehicle and we were then told we'd have to do a credit check after we were under the impression that we were already approved. Now we've got the run around and are being told that we need $4000 DOWN to buy a used vehicle and our payments are not going to be in our price range. She also informed him that "she doesn't know why they go through that site because it is not accurate." So now we are highly disappointed and are feeling like we were mislead. So no, I WOULD NOT recommend this car lot or Car Gurus!

Took our 2015 Ram Ecodiesel to get another motor put in after it blew up for no apparent reason. After about 4 weeks of being told every week that they would get to it the next week we went to speak to them to find out the hold up. The service manager came in and ignored us sitting there so finally we got upset and told them so and left. About 10 minutes later we received a call from the service department telling us they thought it would be best of we came and picked up the truck the same day.. If at any time they would have told us that they were short handed or that they weren't sure they could do it or even they had no idea how long it was going to be before they could get to it, it would have been ok. We could have tried to make other arrangements or made a decision based on that. As it was we kept expecting them to do as they said and start working on it. Had they not lied to us, this could all have been avoided . They were going to be paid $3,000 . No small job but could have been handled much better. I hope in the future they will be more upfront with their customers and any potential customers!!

Notice all the other reviews are old. The business recently was purchased from a large group. I picked up my used 2020 RAM 1500 this morning. I had told my salesman I expected a full tank of gas because that is the practice around here. When I got in I noticed not much gas and he told me he is allowed just a little gas (cheap). Then I asked him for the second key and he told me that there used cars don't come with 2 keys. Who in their right mind buys a car with one key (I guess I do) again cheap. They reprogram them and sell them. Also they require you to purchase $795 worth of add-ons that you may not want. Please be aware of these practices before you shop there. I was planning to go there for all my service needs but not now. There are two other RAM dealers closer to me.

I bought a 21 Jeep Wrangler from Humboldt that came from the Jones location in Humboldt, after 5 weeks the auto stop light came on and brakes were squeaking. I brought it in to Humboldt, they called Jones to have them replace the front rotors which they should have caught at their location when they changed the pads and the also had to put a new battery on which is why the auto stop light was on . They covered the cost and repairs for me. They went above and beyond! Great service over here in Humboldt!

My husband and I had the best experience buying our truck. Our salesman was very helpful and explained everything! We will be buying more vehicles in the future from Humboldt Dodge!
