I don't know who's the manager at those apartments I called couple of times apparently someone answered the phone and hanging up without saying a word

Been trying to aquire about the place for a couple weeks now and have gotten different answers from Gail about pricing and availability and now I can't even get a hold of her to see about viewing an apartment.
