My vehicle was here for like 5 weeks. On the third week we played phone tag with the service department trying to find out what was even wrong with the car. The service manager called to try to smooth it over, someone would call us the next day. We had to call back later that week and they said O2 sensors, there was a code, and they were waiting on warranty. So, there was a code when it came in but there was no communication to us for 3 weeks? We had to call multiple times. Then on week 5 we started calling again to see what had been decided by warranty. So many excuses and we weren’t very confident in the diagnosis, so we opted not to pay the $750 to replace the O2 sensors, we paid the diagnostic fee and will replace those sensors ourselves (husband a former mechanic). When that doesn’t fix it I guess we will take it elsewhere and deal with warranty ourselves. Most people can’t wait around without a vehicle for 5+ weeks.

Came in for an oil change. After the oil change, I was told that I needed brakes and new rotors. I was told that my rotors were going in bad shape. My truck is a 2021 and I felt like my rotors shouldn’t be bad. I keep a watch on them and my brakes. I already knew my brakes were needing to be changed soon. So I said I would take care of my brakes and rotors. I took it to a shop that I trust. I was able to look closer to the rotors and just needed to be turned. I got new brakes and had the rotors turned. Jones just wanted to take a chance on someone to make a few more dollars. Never again.

According to your website you have extended service hours 6 days a week. I chose your dealership because of these hours, thinking my vehicle would get in and out quicker. Turns out that your website is incorrect and your service department has been made aware of this by other people yet the website does not get corrected. Misleading, intentional?I made an appointment but my vehicle was not diagnosed for 3 days. Appointments mean nothing to you. So far it appears that my vehicle was repaired correctly once someone finally decided to take the ticket and do the diagnosis.

I purchased a truck 10 months ago from Jones Chevrolet. They were good with the sales process but I negotiated to have my truck filled with gas when they met me for the transaction and it was not. Also didn't get a 2nd key fob and the floor mats were missing. I was told by the manager at the time to send everything to him in an email and they'd cut me a check to makeup for the 2nd key fob, floor mats, and gas. I've been waiting and waiting and it was supposedly in the mail 6 months ago. That manager has now left and I can't get the new manager to call me back. I've emailed him 3-4 times and left multiple voicemails with the front desk ladies. The front desk ladies have been really nice and helpful. I just can't get a call back or a reply via email. Customer service is horrible after the fact. They just want the sale. Beware!!!!

Do NOT deal with them. We spent two days talking to them, figuring numbers, and made an appointment set to buy the vehicle. We took off work, got a baby sitter, drove an hour and a half, and they sold it out from under us minutes before our appointment. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Will not be dealing with them again.

Marlene was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and made the buying process a breeze. Thanks so much to Jessie, Hannah, Nash and all of the amazing staff. We are proud to be a member of the Jones Chevrolet Humboldt family.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new vehicle from Marlene at Jones Chevrolet in Humboldt. Not only did they take great care of me upfront, offering me a great price on the new vehicle and a fair trade-in on my old one, but Marlene even helped take care of a couple of issues AFTER sale which is where I truly grade customer service. Dealerships are always willing to accommodate requests to make a sale but aren’t always as helpful once the deal is done but Jones Chevrolet went above and beyond both before, and after the sale, to make sure I was taken care of and for that I am grateful and will certainly recommend them to anyone else I know of looking for a vehicle.

I bought a used 2018 suburban ltz from them 2 years ago. It was not as advertised the air ride suspension had been removed and deleted from the computer. When I tried repeatedly to get them to replace the rear suspension with the factory ltz suspension they refused. The vehicle also had a clean carfax, which I figured out doesn't mean much because the vehicle is now showing all the sub standard body work that was done by Jones or their body shop. ..bottom line they are a complete rip off... well dressed con artists. ...they will tell you anything. ..all lies!

Worst place to ever buy a car rudest people in the service center ever they don't care anything about the customer . They only care about selling the cars on the lot that are not worth the price they know they just rig them so it is just a matter of time until they break down. I would not wish a car from Jones Chevrolet on my worst enemy .If I had made it short that dealer ship and their service sucks!!!!!!!

Negative 10 rating. I bought a truck from them. Gave down payment, signed contract with all of the financing details on 11/2/23, they put the plates on my truck and I drove off. 8 days later they call me and tell me have to bring MY truck back due to a problem with the financing, that the financing company sent the deal back. I called the financing company and they stated that the approval on my financing expired on 11/5/23 and JONES didn't overnight the paperwork and contract so they didn't get the contract until 11/7/23 and my approval had expired. Nino who by the way lies about everything and tried to blame it on the finance company stated that they tried a reapproval but they had sent my social out to some many places that my score had dropped and now they were only financing $6K lower than originally for the truck. NINO and JONES tried nothing to fix this after they had already cashed my down payment. NINo told me that he would file a police report for me to be arrested for a stolen vehicle if I didn't bring it back. I talked with some lawyer friends and they advised me to tell them to file a court petition as this was civil. On 11/11/23 JONES sent a tow truck to my home to get the truck and left me stranded as they would not bring me my trade back to me. My little girl was traumatized AND they didn't have my down payment to return to me, they said. No one was in the finance department to cut me a check. Also my trade in didn't have insurance on it due to me already swapping it to the new truck!!!! NASH, NINO and JONES are all frauds, cheats and liars. I would not recommend buying a piece of shit from them!!!! They did me dirty dirty and should be ashamed of themselves for what they did.

Original purchase experience was great but apparently they didn’t inspect the car for the warranty before selling it to us. So we took it up there a couple of weeks after buying, and after multiple texts and phone calls from from the salesman, only to be told by the service center that they couldn’t do it without an appointment like we were told. We made an appointment for the following Friday and considered it a wasted trip.Only to get a call from Gus Martinez on the Monday after the wasted trip up there saying we had to bring the car up there that day or we would lose the warranty. When I told him we were there Friday and told they couldn’t do it, he said we were at the wrong building. I told him we are working and can’t make it up there today, obviously frustrated by now, and that we had an appointment for Friday. His response was well you need to bring up sooner and if something happens to it and you don’t have warranty then oh well. And then he hung up on me!Edit: Jones Chevrolet did reach out to us. Megan was incredible at doing everything in her power to accommodate us in this situation and literally went out of her way to bring me a loaner car 3 days in a row while my tire pressure sensors were getting replaced. Thanks Megan for all your hard! From 1 star to 5. Good job

I'm just going to say that hands down this place was the most pleasant experience I have ever had getting a car. They took care of me from the time I called all the way until I walked out of the door with the keys in my hand. When you think about getting a car from a dealership most people are going to think that they're just going to overcharge and possibly take advantage of the circumstances but not Jones Chevrolet. I was needing something that was a good family car and decent on gas I found exactly what I needed with them. The salesman all the way to the finance department were patient and understanding about everything I had to say. In a nutshell I have been adopted in the Jones Chevrolet family and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Terrible. Had an appointment Wednesday and it’s the following Monday and they haven’t fixed my car or found out what’s wrong with it. Called 5 days after initial appointment and they got working on my car is out. However I feel like I should have priority over other cars. Why have I not even received a call about an update. I mean I need my car to work daily and it seems that they’ve put me on a back burner and said forget it. Never offered a loaner vehicle ever! Terrible service and customer service. Unacceptable!

I would not recommend the service department at all! I took my truck for a appointment to have a fluid reductant test ran on my def system after replacing the def pump, when I arrived the service advisor said I have you down for a def pump install. To which I replied no it is new I just need to fluid test ran to verify everything is working properly and to stop the vehicle from entering limp mode. After sitting waiting for a little bit another advisor comes to me and says the tech believes you need nox sensors would I like for him to diagnose it to which I said yes I’m already here. A little more times goes by still nothing so I go and ask after this I’m told again about the sensors and that my truck is still going into limp mode. I tell the technician to just clear the codes which there weren’t any as I hooked it up to my snap on scanner that morning to double check that I could not run the test myself and it showed no codes. After he brings me the vehicle he tells me that it may get better or it may not, that the only way to fix the issue is to run a fluid test to which i replied that is the whole reason I made a appointment and brought the vehicle here. I then leave as by this point I’m irritated. After leaving my wife calls and is told that I left before the test could be performed that the tech who told me the only fix was for him to run a test indicating to me he had not performed said test and when something was said about the supposed nox sensor codes that didn’t exist my wife informed them the truck had been on two separate scanners previously and no codes were found No response could be given for that. Fast forward a few hours I was recommended to another shop with in 30 min of the truck being there I was called and informed that the test could not be ran due to no def fluid in the tank. So how was jones able to run the test with no def fluid? I was then informed my the current shop which the vehicle is that the pump needs to be removed to check for faulty wiring and it was discovered a small hole in the def line which allowed all the fluid to drain out so again I ask how was the tech at jones able yo run a test which requires a full tank of def when there was no def in the tank? So 170 dollars to pull a vehicle into the shop and try and sell the customer parts not needed and not fix the issues which the vehicle was brought in for. I will say the girls up front st the desk were very pleasant and polite. Again I would not recommend anyone carry anything to service at jones especially a diesel truck this just reaffirmed all the negative things I have heard about this company.

Buying my truck was easy, mostly due to sale rep, Dylan Jordan. He patiently explained the whole process. Also helped me pair my phone. Very nice young man.
