“We have 25 years of tax experience” this is what I got when I questioned them about recovering the 1st two stimulus checks and that I wouldn’t get them. I go to another branch and they get the money for me immediately. Didn’t enjoy getting talked down to and also being delayed on getting what I am due because they didn’t know what they were talking about.
