The One 9 , store 1366, owned by Pilot in Holladay Tn is an awesome one. The employees here are very kind and helpful. I have never countered such warm people as those at the One 9. And their pizza.....OMG! And their pizza, soooo freaking delicious !

Lynn is such a super sweet lady! She assisted me in the coffee area with good recommendations on what creamer/coffee to get, which was super helpful bc I'm a very indecisive person. She was such a joy and so pleasant to speak to. She made my morning!
