“I am new to the area and found myself stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire on a Friday after 5pm. Earlier the same week, I had to have my car towed because of two flat tires so I reached out to JRs Towing who provided excellent and affordable towing services so I called them to be towed yet again. Because of my dire need for a tire, the tow truck driver, JJ, reached out to his friend Robert and his shop Humphreys Co Tire & Oil as he thought he may be able to help. Robert was happy to help and had JJ bring me right over to his shop and by this time it was probably 7 PM. He took a look at the tire and knew exactly what was going on. He was able to install a new tire very quickly, professionally and efficiently And the biggest blessing was that he did not charge me a penny. I got to meet his lovely wife and we all had a great conversation and it felt like I was visiting with old friends I had known forever. I am so thankful for both JJ of JRs Towing and Robert of Humphries County Tire & Oil. I highly recommend both of these businesses. I was literally in tears praying and sitting on the side of the road, but both Robert and JJ were my guardian angels that night.”
