So me and my friend went there to get my eyebrows and nails done on Monday for her wedding on Saturday she had black hair and the lady tinted her eyebrows orange and she didn’t see it until she got into the car because the lady didn’t say anything and she way overcharged for the nail if I could I would give this place zero stars

Love love love this place!!! I love Yen!! They are all great but she is my go to girl! She will try just about anything you want to do. And they can do some really good designs as well!! I will go here s long as they are in business! If it's been a while Go Back! Give them a try you won't be disappointed i promise!

I went there several years ago and had the worst experience of my life. I never have been back. The young man was so disrespectful and literally did the opposite of what I asked then overcharged me. My nails looked so ugly, he put the ugliest polish he could on my natural nails. If I had a redo I would politely walk out as soon as he started being disrespectful and saved my money.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here my nails are always crooked, not shaped correctly or the color is wrong and not what I asked for and when I ask for them to fix which ever it may be they act like it’s the worse thing in the world. They are very rude when I walked in it was “what do you want” no hello or welcome. They rush through the service and rush you out even hours before close. I will not be back if I could give negative stars I would. Very disappointed with this nail salon.

I try not to come here, but I was in a need for a pedicure and could not make it to my regular salon in Oakridge. Every time I am here I feel like I am putting them out for any service I ever request. There is literally no one else in the salon, one nail tech is on their phone, and I was greeted with a what do you want? Then I’m sat in a chair and I’m pretty sure the gentleman doing my pedicure has had ZERO training. Didn’t ask me what pedicure I wanted, didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails cut down, no massage, he pushed my cuticles back but didn’t even trim them, and when he did bring out the cuticle nippers he used them just so he could clip one of my big toes and proceeded to CUT me. I arrived @ 6 which is an hour before they close so it’s not like I got here 10 minutes before they were getting ready to leave. I could have said something, but I shouldn’t have to. This is the worst nail salon. I knew it was going to be bad, but once again they lowered the bar even further. I should have just crawled onto my bathroom floor and gave myself a pedicure.

they did an excellent job on my nails. the people weren't very friendly just there to do their job which didn't bother me, only thing i didn't like is they had me bounce from chair to chair a lot. but overall my experience was good and i love my nails!

The outcome is beautiful. The lady is a little rude but she did a much better job than the man who did my nails last time. The only thing I will say about this place though is that this is the only salon that makes my nails sting. This time they only stung while drying but last time it hurt for a few hours

I wouldn't ever go back there. I wouldn't take my dog there. The lady was extremely rude. The man was asleep. They acted like they didn't want to be bothered. My little girl was so excited about getting her nails done. Well let's just say it wasn't a pleasant experience for her. I regret we went. So if you want your nails done. Please don't go there.
