I just moved here in March,I am a Major Bargain Shopper,I have Visited this Goodwill maybe a Handful of times and thought maybe,Just Maybe I will find one Happy and Polite Employee there but yet to be Greet by one in this Store.
I have choosen somewhere else to do my Bargain Shopping at due to the energy brings a Shopper Down.

Whoever is in charge of the prices really likes money,,$3 99 for a piece for old scratched up vinyl records!! Come on goodwill,,the rest of the thrift stores are 99 cents....

Most of the time I find something interesting- it would do better with a bigger store- however that’s no fault of the employees! If ppl want to see more out of this store- local people should donate more to this store- seeing how it’s the only local chain thrift store I’m aware of in the area I would have expected more!Come together here Campbell county and help out those in need- I will forever support this place and their missions!!! Thank you for all you do

Clean well orginized, friendly staff. As a re-seller prices were good, we found a few items, did not land any treasures but worth the 6 mile drive out of the way. The view of the mountains was not bad.It’s next to the Walmart - if you have a problem spotting the store.

The worst Goodwill store I have ever visited.Dark in the store, very unkept and poorly organized. I rarely leave a Goodwill without making a purchase, but due to poor arrangement and quality of clothes, I walked out empty handed. Needs some TLC!!

I really don't visit this place often because in my opinion there are other thrift stores in the area with a better selection of clothes/household items at much better prices. Their air conditioning always seems to be broke which makes it stifling hot in the store, not to mention if you happen to visit while it's raining outside you have to watch out for puddles of water in the floor and big buckets to catch the rainwater everywhere. The roof needs attention, like years ago!

This place is a joke. The staff doesn’t want to be there, for an example I showed up on Saturday at 5:42 and the sign on the door clearly said they close at 6:00 however I was stopped from even entering the store and was told that she was about to close down her register. I knew exactly what I was going for and feel that if your sign says 6:00 then you shouldn’t be forbidding people from entering 18 minutes early. Will never go back to this store.
