I was tricked to think the car only had two problems and it has a major oil leak that I can’t find after I spent 3-400 dollars replacing things and paying mechanics tried to get it fixed without tell the car lot or making a big deal but once I did all they could say was it wasn’t doing that when it was on they lot but I drove the car 4 days and notice the smoke was getting worst to find a oil leak to changing the belt gasket and cover it’s still leaking and all they could say was I gotta find a good mechanic for these new cars never again

I have got a few cars from Alexander and they always treat me great! I had bad credit and some other issue for a minute and some my family told me to go here, they got easy and quick finances and they explain everything to you up front and are nice people to deal with. They cars ain’t new they cheaper cars you just got to check them out good but they for real help you out when you just can’t buy a newer car and pay full cov insurance. I dealed with Mr Alexander and Chris. I got a new vehicle last year but if I want a cheap car this is definitely where I will buy. They all family and to me they have seem to treat they customers like fam to.

The salesman said he knew the vehicle I bought personally, and every vehicle there. He said was nothing wrong with it. I drove home on a Saturday and it sat till Monday when I was ready to go to work the driveshaft started making grinding noises, the power steering started whining it dings for no apparent reason. And the rear end is making a weird noise from time to time. Iv only had it 1 week and 2 days now. If he knew the vehicle why did he tell me nothing was wrong with it? It's a death trap.

Me and a friend visited this place yesterday and I was surprised how the young white guy acted after looking at the cars my friend went inside to tell them she was interested in a car so once outside she showed him car then he said I dont think u wanna buy a car why would he say that she told him she had money then he said he didnt wanna do business with her why is what we trying to find out then he starts with me havent I seen u before do i have a sister which was irrelevant I've gotten cars from them over the years and when u go to a car dealership u are ready to see drive and spend money.this was not right at all I feel like the guy was racial profiling.
