i didn’t went here today, but the workers were really nice and we came right before they were about to close. the staff was really friendly and even though we got them working overtime they were not complaining nor have any unwelcoming expressions. thank you for the experience

I absolutely love American Eagle. This is the only place I can find jeans that actually fit my body type, but Aerie is where it’s at! I’m constantly ordering on the app and when something doesn’t fit, I go into the store and either return or exchange. The employees at the Jackson location are probably the best employees I’ve ever encountered. They are so down to earth and always willing to help me. Even when I’m difficult with my exchanges. LOL I just wanted to give them some praise because they definitely deserve it!!

I enjoy shopping for my son and his fiance here. I usually get their Birthday or Christmas here. The styles are up to date. The associates are always kind and acknowledgeable of the latest trend.
