Shay should go home. Close the building cause att is wasting money on payroll and rent. I should have known when she was rude to the person in front of me how I was going to be treated as well. Shay also stated that she's on the phone with her district manager that can hear her interaction with us. Sad cause if district managers allow that interaction with customers there is a serious problem. Then it's after 10 am front doors are locked we are automatically supposed to know to go out the side door which she locked back behind me. I thought I was on America's rudest videos. Rude don't ever go to this location

This store is a little faster than north the lady was nice and tried to help but they just can't do much with prepaid for some reason never had this much problems with at&t SMH they used to be the best service provider

Showed up yesterday and the door was locked with people inside, nobody came to let me in or told me anything. Waited around for about 30mins and left. Showed up again today, same thing with doors locked and people inside. Waited at the front door with my mother for around 15mins. 3 other people showed up and was standing with us. The woman finally comes to the door and says I’m sorry but I’m about to take a hour long break and I’m the only one here today

Poor customer service, called to ask about picking up order/phone that didn’t require assistance in hooking up and said I would get a call back in 8 minutes, never got a call bec they were too worried about closing.

Walked in with a problem, and walked out all fixed and ready to go!! The amazing lady that helped me did an awesome job, and was super professional!! She is a 100,000,000,000 on the scale of 1 to 10!! Wish I had her at every store!!!
