Went in to upgrade my phone on my business account. They were helpful at first….But once i found out they didn’t have the phone in stock I asked if other locations had one and they said I could call around myself. They gave me a breakdown of my new bill price with iPhone 16 pro max 512. They only offered me $700 for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I decided to leave. I went to check Verizon’s options. Verizon gave me a much better deal monthly and $1000 for my iPhone 12. I switched to Verizon. Now Verizon needed my PIN to release my account from ATT, I didn’t know it, and I’ve had trouble getting it in the past. They said go back to ATT, and ask them if they could retrieve it. When I walked back into ATT & told them they tried to help at first( 3 ppl, just passing me around) and couldn’t find my pin. They told me very rudely it wasn’t their job and Verizon should do it themselves and that Verizon was taking their customers. I was speechless, grabbed my phone and said have a nice day. Anyone would go with Verizon, since they offered me more for my phone and at the end of the day $20 less on my bill monthly. No wonder everyone is making the move to Verizon! Very disappointed in ATT’s customer at this location!

Went to buy a phone cord for my phone and it was one person working. She was working with one person and it was 3 people working. It's ridiculous yall have 1 person working by herself

If I could give zero stars I would! AT&T is just difficult to work with period! I added a phone to be delivered and even paid overnight shipping. They tried to deliver it two days later but nobody was at home to sign for it and it would be next week before it got here. So I opted to drive over an hour away to just pick it up. I waited for 3 hours to get it and when I went in to pick it up they said they never got the order. When I showed them my email they said online ordering is NEVER accurate and I would have to come back tomorrow. They acted like they could care less and the manager turned her back on me and just walked off while talking to me. She was so rude and unprofessional. WORST CUSTOMER SEEVICE EVER!!! Who hires these people????

I went to AT&T retailer on 2030 n highland ave and was sold the wrong phone and promised stuff that was not true. The worse customer service skills ever Was told I was so called flagged for 30 days that was not true. My bill was going to be 180 a month for one phone and I just had a feeling something wasn’t right. So i went to this corporate AT&T where they informed me that the stuff I was told was inaccurate and they took the time to help me resolve the issue and then I got the phone and watch I wanted no problem for less then a hundred a month with insurance . I would recommend them to everyone. The greatest customer service skills i had ever seen.

I am very satisfied. I'm a new customer and everyone was very helpful and informative. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Cassandra took a lot of time helping me to pick the right phone for me and helping keep my old straight talk number. She helped me feel comfortable and confident with my decision.

I just want to brag on one of the salesman in the store. His name is Christopher the van drive store. Very helpful young man. I was there for 1hr and 50 minutes and not one time did he leave my side. He continued to help me and he also spoke with the customer service over the phone to explain to them my situation. He also sat down and made sure that I understood what was going on. He took his time with me and explained everything to me so I could understand. I never seen any one the took that must time with one customer and not complain at all. I really appreciate every thing that he done for me. I would like if I could recommend him for to be the Employee of the month. Chris thank you so much for taken your time to help me .
