Went today and met the manager Josh. He was very attentive and professional. He offered to direct me to having the personnel to hand pressure wash my Weather tech mats. Then to end my experience…he thanked me for my business and handed me deodorant air freshener. Great car wash and excellent top service!

Some of the vacuums don't work. Getting out and finding out it doesn't work and having to get back in and go to another stall is annoying.

I have been a member since the new owners took over 38301, the only issue I have is the fact that it doesn’t clean the front or back as good as it did in the beginning. I have used other washers and the best ones have a pre-wash area too scrub these areas prior to the automatic washing. I feel this would put you above all other washers in Jackson.
