“I had to make a visit to the branch on Oil Well on Tuesday 1/23 because my mobile deposit hadn't been working. Ice been both calling and using the chat to get this addressed and got various excuses and no results. Mr. Earl Ingram helped me. It took awhile but he didn't give up until he figured it out. It was during lunch time when I stopped in, but he was patient and courteous. He answered all my questions and finally solved my problem. I believe he is a really great asset to the bank. Your help was very much appreciated.”
