Enthusiastic employees. With the mall was nicer and easier to get around. Found some good soap and containers along with some great oil diffusers. Often have sales which is helpful since prices add up quick but then buying packages probably drive the cost up and limits the variety of what we bought.

The line was out the door and the British woman was rude about opening another register. She said someone needed to be on the floor at all times and that was her. Of course it had to be her and not someone else so she didn't have to work or smile. SMH I don't see why she didn't make the older woman on register take the floor because she was very slow. She gave me the impression she felt being a cashier was below her with her tone and attitude. Maybe some retraining will aid in her customer service.
