They were really helpful, didn’t have a lot of choices of digital cameras that were affordable but the camera goes dead after about 45 minutes at the most so I’m returning it. I wish they just would’ve had a little more knowledge about the camera. He just read off the same specs that I read of the box?

U have to be white to get any help from this store and it’s lazy workers. I sat there and watched. They do not like helping black customers. Racist business !!!! Will be contacting corporate

Went in to look for a USB c to headphone adapter. It wasn't with the headphones. After about 10 minutes I found an employee. They didn't seem that busy but he recommended in the computer adapter area. He said he would send somebody to help me. Nobody ever showed up I wanted the whole area I found every USB adapter except for the one that I was looking for. It said they had multiples in stock online. I ended up giving up and just leaving. I guess I'll buy it from Amazon

Over the past 4 years any time I have attempted to call BestBuy located in Jackson, TN they have rarely picked up the phone. If they do pick up the phone, they transfer you to the department you are looking for (sometimes) and yet again, no one picks up and I get dumped back into the queue.
I asked a person a few years back who answered the phone why this is and they stated they were updating their phone system so as to not cause this type of frustration in the future... that was a few years ago and here I sit waiting yet again.
Update 2.14.25: needed a part that best buy had locally. Went through three people and waited 20 minutes, while 2 people were preoccupied with standing in their places before finally getting some help as the part was in the service bay area. Funny enough the guy who helped had to go to the first guy I went to who chose not to help me, to get the keys to enter the service bay area to get the part.
I only come here when I absolutely have to.
Bonus, they still have COVID era stickers on the floor.

.I really can't give this store a rating, Because the store doesn't deserve a rating. I went in yesterday Thursday 1/23/25 to get a freezer. I had no one to wait on me .The gentleman at the front door was extremely nice. No one ever comes back to help me with the freezer when I went to the checkout. They were all in a huddle up front. So I knocked on the register counter to get someone's attention. A Hispanic girl come over there and went straight to the woman behind me in line and waited on her when I asked for a manager. The young man come over there stood and asked what the problem was. I told him first of all, I had no help. Secondly, the Hispanic girl waited on someone behind me.
She then began to say ,that lady had a order come in.I told her I was there to make a purchase. She kept talking ,I then told her I heard enough. I asked th so called manager if he was going sell me a freezer , his reply was no I will not sell you anything.. not the first time this has happened. Will not ever go back.

Drive 2 hours to get an ice maker they showed in stock ... They had one, but it was the display model, and we left empty handed. Before we left, some employee cornered us trying to sell us a cell phone plan. Super rude employees too.

Just left the store. Waited 40 minutes for someone to help me. No one ever came. I went to get help and I still did not receive help. I left without buying anything instead. I would not recommend this place.

Great staff. Very friendly. Clean store. However, on more than one occasion, I've had to wait to be served even though more than three associates were behind the counter, with only one person ahead of me

Has all electronic needs.the only downfall there was 10 employees at the front of the store but only one cashier.took 20 minutes to check out.

So my child wants a radio for Christmas so we went to Best Buy found the radio ordered the parts and radio to be installed by them on Dec 14th. Got home noticed the date had been pushed out to January 14th hubby went back to discuss the issue and was told sorry our bad but the first date was January 7th so we agreed on that. Now we get an email saying the parts are being refunded to us because we didn’t pick them up! We have paperwork that states they will hold for install on January 7th. Hubby goes back again is told oh we didn’t know it was a hold to install and refused to help solve the problem. Said we could come back and reorder when we get refund. This is crazy to me, they f up and don’t want to help! But thinks we are coming back for service like this!! I don’t think so, this is BS.

Had to search for ten minutes to find a worker. Asked for help. Was told he would be over in a minute. Left 30 minutes later with no worker in sight. The sale prices here are decent, but getting help is nearly impossible.

The idiots that work there can't tell the difference between James Brown and Sly and the Family Stone!
A female employee argued with me about it, ignorantly insisting that the song playing in the store was Sly and the Family Stone, which was really rude, I thought. But beyond that, I waited for the ONE employee checking out other customers while the other idiots who work there walked around and ignored me. Terrible store, rude and lazy staff, I will avoid the hassle in the future!
