I went to refill my laundry detergent today and asked for extra scent . The lady said ok and started filling my containers while I shopped for some other things . When she handed me my containers I could tell something was off . I opened the container and there was no scent at all. I told the cashier that I could not smell any scent and that I had asked for extra scent to be added she told me they don’t do that anymore because the FDA said they couldn’t the FDA ?? ?I said so she lied to me ? She said yes! we do that so that we don’t have issues . I asked when exactly the FDA told them this and she said a couple months ago . Apparently they lie about a lot of things at this store because the Murfreesboro store said that this is all a lie !! They add extra scent and even mix scents we won’t even get started on The FDA lie. Needless to say so didn’t spend my money on the laundry detergent with no scent !

Experience a Birthday party at this location. The moment you walk through the door it’s senses euphoria! Smells amazing, first time trying buff city products and experiencing the production process on hand.
Amazing product, great scents. We enjoyed the instructors and everyone had a blast making bath bombs, soap bar and half bombs and it came in a cute take home box.

Normally..... I love going in here, but last Thursday night Feb 22nd 2024 I went in. The workers were louder then normal. Didnt ask if I needed help, they were singing loudly. And that surprised me as it's usually a quieter place. I'll try going during the day.

We came in to get some soap and was swept away with joy and kindness…immediately Abby greeted us, welcomed us and served us with her time. She had the most wonderful attitude and smile! She was very informative and patient with us while my daughters were enjoying themselves in conversation. She made my daughters feel awesome! We call her Friend from now on. Buff City has amazing soaps, oils, etc, but them scents ain’t got nothing on Abby and her awesomeness!!! Very sweet Abby!!! Thanks again

Employees go above and beyond! They even know regulars by name and always makes sure they get exactly what they need, lending advice on the best scents and new products!
