Around 11:30 AM on Thursday morning March 6th. I visited the Circle K at 1817 North Parkway in Jackson, Tennessee. I was trying to type in my phone number at the pump which it did not accept. I walked to another pump and tried it as well with no luck. I went inside to ask if the pumps were working. I didn’t catch her name, but the employee helped me by me paying inside and offered to go outside to make sure it worked correctly. We walked out together and was able to pump the fuel. I am big on giving Surveys and rarely give a five star because there is ALWAYS room for improvement. In this case, she definitely would receive five stars for going above the norm. I only wish I had someone like this working with me on my team. Keep up the great work!

This store is useless. I go in every morning and buy the same thing . It rings up every morning the same price. Until one day they say you have to be circle member to get them at that price monster 3 for 7 dollars just like every other store. Not to mention they are suppose to be open 24/7 well that's not true either half the time they are closed early in morning. Employees are always high on weed getting stoned in parking lot and stuff just useless. If you need to get fuel and are going to pay at pump then maybe just maybe it would be good place.

Went to Circle K on North Parkway today. Staff was very friendly and professional. The manager Paul was also in the store greeted me, had a great upbeat personality and was very professional. They are offering some type of promotional discount today. So I was able to get a discount in gas, gas card for future use and they gave me additional coupons for items in their store. This Circle K always has a good price on gas. The store was very clean and fully stocked with variety of drinks and snacks. They have a self service kiosk for convenience. I would definitely recommend as a go to station.

Poor customer service. Will never go there again. I went there to purchase tobacco products and get change for the machine, mind you I've done this plenty of times. So the cashier said i could get the tobacco products but no change. I said for the machine on your property. I then went to Speedyway, and made the above purchases. I would chalk it up to a bad cashier, but then shen satid her manager said it. Store #3767 I think...

We stopped last night (7-22-22) to fill up on our way through town. The attendant refused to allow my wife and daughter to use the restroom saying they were not public restrooms. The parking lot was a mess. Trash can's overflowing, no washer fluid in the squeegee trays. Overall, it was a poor experience.

I work in jackson so this location is convenient for me I went the other day tried to go into the store to pay for my gas and they had a sign on the door said they were closed no explanation or when they would reopen its a 24 hour gas station for the love of pete you gonna reopen or not
