Community Bank in Henderson TN is excellent! However the Jackson branch, not so much. I would not recommend Community Bank if this is the branch you have to use.

I shut down my account,which I had their for five years! The main people that are over loans . Ect. Just think they are so much higher then the working people!!..letting their old buddies tell them too make it hard I this guy.i don't care for him . They all need too be took off their high chair and placed on the floor. IF NOT UNDER IT""

Only had account for a few months before having to close. Manager opening account rushed through setup and had a disgruntled look in his face every time I asked questions. A week later, I had a bunch of fees on my account. When asked, they told me they signed me up for some services I never requested. Said it was a mistake and he stopped the charges. I asked for a credit back on fees and he acted like he didn’t want to credit me for their mistake. Had to threaten to close account. Said he would have to check if they could which made no sense because it was their mistake. Two weeks later I start getting 2-5 cent fees on dozens of PayPal transactions. Said there were fees for certain types of transactions. I closed accounts and went with local credit union. Glad I did.

We are a global organization based in Tennessee. We have been with the larger banks but continued to be frustrated with the lack of personal service. We were referred to Community-Bank and time and time again have been impressed with the personal care that we receive from the tellers to the top managers. They have helped us through some challenges in a way that the large banks would not be able to. We even have contacts that we can reach after hours if needed. Great organization!

We got hacked and had to change accounts. We were told our cards would be the same and would still work. They worked Friday afternoon before the bank closed, but not Saturday morning. The open branch in Lexington would not answer. Think it’s time to change banks.

The tellers are totally RUDE... everyone else is amazing, especially Ms. Kathy! I HATE going to this branch, but unfortunately where the kind, considerate people are in Lexington is 30 minutes away.
