On 01/22/2020 they picked up my furniture and personal effects to store during the renovation of my apartment. On 03/13/2020 they returned my furniture and personal effects. I had 3 boxes missing and damage to some of my furniture. I called the office of the company to report the damage and missing items. They were very rude and told me they would send me a report to fill out,(which they never did), One of his movers was aware of the damage when they delivered my possessions back to me. Now they refuse to answer my calls, and I had to file a police report for my own insurance company to cover my losses and damage. I am writing this so that hopefully another customer will not go through the stress that I have with this company. My missing items may not mean much to them, but they meant a lot to me. If I could give them less than one star I would. Needless to say, I would never recommend these people for anything.
