crossfit jackson is thaaa bomb!! i dropped in for a week & there are no words to express how impressed i was. as soon as i walked through the doors, they knew my name and genuinely welcomed me apart of their community. i was challenged and pushed to the limit all while having the best time. thank you ML, shea, rachael, & sam for leading excellently well- you all inspire me! until next time :)

I was able to drop in for the open 25.2 workout while visiting from out of town, and I was so impressed by this gym. Mary was great at making me feel welcomed, as was the rest of this strong community of crossfitters. I am so glad I was able to visit, and can't wait to visit again soon!

Absolutely recommend this gym! Was just dropping in but Coach Mary makes me wish I lived locally. Her expertise was so apparent and even while I dropped in a large class, she handled coaching every single person's form. That is a rarity that was appreciated and she even helped me with my form. There was a wide range of fitness level too so don't be intimidated if you have never done Crossfit. Great class energy!

My husband and I dropped in at CF Jackson and were very impressed. He was excited that the coaches’ bios were on the website and everyone had at least a level 2. Everyone at the gym was so friendly!! As a drop in, it’s the best when people acknowledge you’re new, show you around, and help you feel included. The programming and timing were great. I scaled both the skill and WOD, getting guidance and felt comfortable with both. The space is huge with so much equipment available! Highly recommend, we’ll def be back next time we’re in town.

Dropped in for about 2 months during a clinical rotation! Everyone made me feel so welcome! The owner and coaches were all very accommodating and knowledgeable! I appreciated the community while I was there - great people!
