I went to pick up a prescription about a month and a half ago. They did not give me 90 days’ worth, they gave me 48. They said it was due to trying to sync up with my other prescriptions. I protested but the lady I spoke to just stared at me like I’m an idiot, and they still charged me a full copay. Come to find out, they were five days short of syncing with my other prescriptions so I called and told them I was dissatisfied and I would like five extra days’ worth with my refill so they can be truly synced. The man on the phone said that would be no problem. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, it was obvious I was shorted again. I asked about that and they said they were just going to give me the rest of the 90 day prescription (42 days) from the one they shorted me last time. I once again asked how that was supposed to sync up with my other 90-day prescriptions and they did not have a good answer, but they did want to charge me a second full copay for the other half of what should have been one prescription. I am sure this makes sense to someone somewhere, but I don’t feel like being charged twice as much and having to come to the store twice as often.

Most unprofessional pharmacy. Not only the staff but the pharmacist themselves. Very judgemental and unhelpful. They refused to help with filling my Rx even though I have filled there for months. I went right across the street to Walgreens. Walgreens was helpful and guess what they filled my Rx with no problem. I paid twice the price for the Rx but I would rather pay more for good customer service. I will never spend another penny in CVS again.

Pharmacy customer service is awful, no one responds , the automated system they have to prevent customers from getting answers is insufferable. Need ability to leave negative stars

Trying to get in touch with the pharmacy is impossible with this location. Their automated system is terrible to try to use. It will not let you speak to anyone. You have to leave a voicemail and maybe they will call you back or not. I’ve had it with them and I am finding another pharmacy asap. This is totally ridiculous and very unprofessional.

What's the point in being open 24 hours if the pharmacy closes at 10:00 some of us work odd hours... Guess I'll have to just transfer everything back to Walgreens

CVS is always clean and well maintained. All the employees are very nice and helpful, actually cheerful. I stopped shopping at CVS when they stopped selling cigarettes. I support their decision, but I'm not going to a second store to get what I need. Today, I went to two other stores before going to CVS. One didn't have milk, my only reason to go shopping. The other store was closed. I was happy to go to CVS because I wanted to also get something that I had forgotten about. It's hard not to impulse shop at CVS, but I wasn't feeling well so I just got what I needed. CVS is a very nice place to shop, and they have some things that I use, that other stores don't have. CVS isn't in my prescription plan, but I have needed service from the pharmacy. Once, I had a wound that I couldn't bandage properly. I went to the pharmacy for help. A pharmacist helped me, and she was very kind and gentle. Today, I didn't have my glasses, so I went to the pharmacy to ask a sweet lady to read the literature for me. The information wasn't on the box, so she opened it to get the information sheet. It took some time because the information wasn't easy to find. She found it and told me that I needed distilled water. She was a very nice lady and determined to help me identify the water that I needed for a Nettie pot. I have used the pharmacy drive-thru, and they were great, nice, polite and helpful.

The CVS employee in the pharmacy in Jackson TN are rude! I had representative talk to ugly to me about three weeks ago. I called back to report her to her manager. She said don't worry I will make sure I tell him! Evil' So today my doctor called my prescription to this location were I have been getting 90 Days supply. The lady helped me today wasn't being mean to me at all because she can see I have been getting 90 days supply. I asked her could a card so I can get to have doctor to call the pharmacy. Now I have observed the white man in the pharmacy watching me, while he was helping another man. He left him and slide the card to me with while the lady was helping with his rude self. I said to myself that's rude racist lady lady manager! His face was so red! The hate has for us written all over his face! She looked me and I told her thank you. Now I was told he was rude to people of color. I'm not going to stop giving them bad reviews until we all treated with respect. We are humans too. I was told from target employees that was her smart ass manager! That's explain why they are rude and hate people of color! My family and friends told me stop going to location in Target. Then I was told the location on Hyland in Jackson Tn were rude and Trenton Tn too! I didn't do reviews but I was told how are people going to know my experience with CVS pharmacy. And since my job deals with the public. I am getting cussed out because of the laws of Tennessee. About three weeks ago. I asked about another location about the hours of operation . She said how do we know. We don't work there. That pushed me over the edge! My brother had a heart and kidney transplant April 9th this year still fighting to live in Nashville Tn . I could never treat her or nobody like I have experience at this CVS pharmacy. I went to the location in Nashville and Bartlett Tn treated me with respect. I have experience indifference three weeks ago and again today.

I switched to this pharmacy after having a terrible experience with customer service at Walgreens, and I was not disappointed. They are very kind and professional, and the wait times on the phone and in store are much shorter than other pharmacies.
