DICK'S Sporting Goods provides good customer service, with staff assisting when needed and handling issues professionally. Customers report getting in and out fast for a great experience. The store offers items like soccer shoes at good prices. However, product selection can be disappointing, with some items like specific women's boots hard to come by, and sometimes there are few employees available.
Jackson TN store is awesome. 90% of the staff is attentive and helpful. Today, Wayne in golf section was awesome... perfect amount of customer service. Replaced 3 of my club grips and helpful suggestions thru out the encounter. Destiny was great too. Im a fan.

Went right in and picked up a mouth guard for my grandson . In and out and nice staff assisted me along the way. The cashier although I did NOT get her name was nice and shared a laugh with us as we were checking out . The friendliness was appreciated!
