Seriously gone down hill. The recent staff ASM Gina is rude, unapproachable, and down right out unprofessional. She doesn't need a job in customer service as she has demonstration of her inability to help with a kindness to the patronage in the location. Especially to the customers as a Pilars in the community for 25 years and residing a mere few homes away from the location. I witnessed on 3 separate occasions as I frequent the store daily as Mitchels Grocery isn't an option anymore. Her mere lack of professional support to the customers. Snapping at a man asking where he could find scotch tape, being down right out rude to a woman forgetting to grab something as all of us patiently waited without issues she had to speak ill with comments as the woman returned with the items "now do you have everything" and the woman apologizing was scolded with a remark by her " it ok but you should make sure you have everything before getting in line". As if it's her right to tell scold a customer of a elderly woman. Where is your manners and common sense of courtesy . I then waited for her to check in a delivery before she checked me out and I asked her should I be as rude as you were to that elderly woman for signing with the truck. How would you appreciate it. Customer service is reciprocated by all and you might want to remember that as we have another store right on highland to go to to keep us from dealing with you being so rude. This store is declining. A few managers in the past 3 years I understand the turn around but Oakfield Tennessee is small and high traffic routes. We don't need rude woman like her in our community especially towards the disabled customers trying to be self sufficient shopping at the store. The CEO Todd Vasos seriously needs to evaluate her demor and get this location back to Oakfield Tennessee community standards.

Closed early yet again, this happens all the time here. Thanks management! Took this photo about 8:40 but didn't post it til I got back home, still before 9:00 pm tho! Doors were locked, no note explaining early closure.

The store is absolutely disgusting, ALL the food is expired and the employees look like they were raised in a barnyard in filth. Only the below poverty people shop here. It needs to be shut down!!!

Best Dollar Store in Jackson. Isn't empty, doesn't close at crazy times, is clean, people are nice and only one I care to go to anymore.

I did shop yesterday at this store, but some employee had to fraudulently try and use my debit card information to purchase items.
