Excellent customer service! I needed a particular size refrigerator. The 24cu.ft. LG top freezer unit was the only one that would work for me. Everyone has them on backorder and I needed it now. They were the only store willing to sell me their floor unit. Thank you guys!

This is the BEST place ever. I will never go to Best Buy again everyone needs to chose electronic express. Bought a Sony there Tuesday night Jackson tn store. The staff is great. I cannot brag on the enough. Soooooo helpful. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I had no idea this place was in Jackson tn. They have new customers with me and my husband and always will
Also bought the warranty with my 65 inch Sony. They have a good incentive to purchase the warranty
All I can say is shop EE!!!!!

Me and my wife purchased an Ipad from this store. Customer service was great. The workers were very helpful and all question that were asked was answered. Great prices for every thing in the store. We will definitely be purchasing again from this store.

I looked up online where to buy used appliances and this was the very first place that popped up I drove 45 minutes to get here looked around was repeatedly redirected to the most expensive washer and dryer in the store I was then told they flat out did not sell any used appliances had no comment after I found five used appliances sitting in a back hallway never again

If you're an electronics/PC person, you know this place sucks. They have about three brands total in the PC area, with limited options. I've not once found the thing I'm looking for in this place. Their tv section is bigger but the prices are steeeeep compared to online. They also sell Yeti cups at a 30% markup. Those things are already overpriced, but upping the price even more is hilarious. Btw this place is a ghost town. You'll probably be the only customer inside when you go.

The sales person Cameron was knowledgeable and didn’t talk down to two senior citizens who knew nothing about smart tv. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got the tv we wanted

Really nice, knowledgeable sales associates. Very helpful. We made a large purchase & were 7 hours from home. We were concerned that the TV worked & had all of the parts. The associates helped plug it up & checked it out. They also loaded it into my car. Great experience!
