I live in Memphis. I have immediate family members and relatives who live in Jackson, Tennessee. I saw an Eyemart Express location for the first time a few years ago during one of my visits there. I decided to purchase frames there eventually. I also decided to have bottles refilled and minor adjustments made to my frames periodically to extend the life of them.I was at the location on Monday, September 25th between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to have minor adjustments made to a pair of my frames. Christine greeted me. I acknowledged her in return. (I know that Christine is very condescending, rude, and temperamental. I have been intentional in having engagement with other store associates in efforts to avoid having unnecessary engagement with her as a result.) Another sales associate took exception to the fact that I elected to stand instead of sit as I waited. (I browsed for new frames.) She also was very antagonistic when she refilled my bottle. She then falsely accused me of being "disrespectful" simply because I explained why I have minor adjustments made to all of my frames periodically. (A defect was revealed from her bending my frames during the time that she made the adjustments. She subsequently proved my entire point with regard to me having adjustments made to all of my frames periodically.) Christine, who did not hear any part of the verbal exchange between me and the other store associate, then shouted, "You are being very disrespectful. You came in disrespectful!" The other store associate even went as far to suggest to me that I stop talking. I refused. I still held both of them accountable despite their utter lack of decency, professionalism, and respect.I hope to eventually make the Executive Senior Vice President of Eyemart Express, Dr. Tom Patera, and the CEO of Eyemart Express, Mr. Mike Nuzzo, aware of what transpired today. Christine and the other store associate should have their employment terminated immediately.(Look at the arrogant and gross expression on Christine's face. It is as if she thinks that no one from Eyemart Express leadership will hold her accountable at a minimum. She is absolutely revolting in every way. Please notice how the one on the right actively covered her badge.)I can state that Mr. David Wolf, the district manager, has been fantastic. I am willing to come to the conclusion that the behavior of the two amateurs at the Jackson, Tennessee location is in no way an example of the collective work culture and environments of the Eyemart Express company nationwide.

Ellen was excellent from the time we walked in the door til we were done. They got me and my husband fixed up with some new glasses and quick too. I lost mine in the river over the holiday weekend and had been without them from Saturday til Tuesday so it was so nice to see perfect again. We highly recommend this place, they make you feel so welcome. We love our glasses!!!

Nelia is the best. She was very patient with my daughter who was being very particular about finding the perfect shade of blue frames. Nelia helped my husband and me a few months ago as well...we drive from out of town to go to this store. Worth the drive for the customer service and prices.

My wife and 1 both needed glasses and went to Eyemart the employees were professional and very helpful. We both have progressive bifocals with no line and they were still able to make them the same day. Getting both pair of our glasses took around 2 hours which isn't bad because you can leave and go do something and they text and let you know they are ready, it sure beats waiting 2 weeks for them to come in. Will definitely go back. Thank you Jackson Tn Eyemart team.

Fast and friendly, got me in as a walk in customer to have an eye exam in 10 minutes and then had my two persecution glasses ready to go in less than 25 minutes. I love them.

EyeMart is the best! Style Selections are great. Prices/Promotions are AWESOME! They were VERY helpful with selection, upgrades and fitting. I even got a FREE pair of complete glasses(no fancy upgrades but I did add the protection plan). I will continue to go back!

Although their in-house lens machine was down, causing a delay in getting my glasses made, they were professional and courteous the entire time. They've earned my future business for sure!

Stopped in to do a Lil price checking. Didn't know there was a Optometrist next door. I usually go to AB over on Stonebridge... last yrs experience was less than pleasant.From the moment I walked in, Nelia was pleasant, attentive and super helpful. She explained everything perfectly. From Insurance billing, specials, different lense styles... she is just awesome and made spending that kind of cash less painful.Sidenote...the quality of the glasses I walked out with surpass what I have got from other places. The quality surpasses the cost. By far. Definitely returning.Most glasses done within 1 hr(had mine in 45 mins) ... bifocals or special films (special orders)may take longer, like up to 2 weeks(the norm).
