Quite possibly the poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have packages that were delivered to my office that do not belong to me. Trying to contact someone about this has proven to be much harder than it should be.

I had to rescue a load for a driver that broke down. The contact at job site waited on me to get there. I was able to get in and drop the trailer off to be unloaded. Found out later it was not unloaded here I needed to go get the trailer. So had to change plans.

FedEx was one day late due to weather, lol that was the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of due to the fact there was zero weather in the area! But we got the package I guess that counts for something but come on FedEx I’m from Tennessee you can do better!

Large shipping center that will accommodate small businesses. We are able to pick up and drop off certain boxes we need for shipping.
