My wife went to return a pair of shoes that she bought online and when returning them, we were told the only option was cash back. But they didn't have enough cash, around $120, on hand to do the return. We were told we needed to come back later to see if they had more cash or try again a different day. We live 30 minutes away. I guess I'll have to call ahead next time to see if they have cash.
Follow up: we went back to the store to see if there was any cash and, of course, the store didn't have cash AGAIN. The manager didn't give any solution. We called the customer service number and there wasn't a rep available so we had to figure it out with an automated voice. The website was not helpful at all. The automated voice sent me a link to follow. The next steps were to go to a walgreens to print a label, then find a FedEx location to ship back from. After driving all over the city, we finally were able to ship back. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and finish line has lost a customer. I hope no one else has to experience what we've been through

Super clean store. Great employees there. Like6. The selection was unseen to. Had about every color of air force ones. They also have brand, heydudes and Crocs. Little bit too expensive for my income, but if I was living high on that Hill I could go tomm and spend $600-1,000 eady

Disappointing experience at this store. Purchasing took longer due to unnecessary information requirements. When I tried to return a defective item, I was directed back and forth between the store and company, leading to frustration. The lack of assistance from a store employee added to the inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options. See the broken lace loop for why a return was needed.

i love finish line they always have a rlly good selection and just slay. also if your tryna get blazers or like 270s or a popular shoe go to finish line not like rack room bcs rack room and shoe stores like that and shoe carnival never have trending shoes. just awesome selection and def will come back lol. they also had almost every size stocked up too

Bought a pair of shoes online and when they made it there were stains and dirt on them like they have been worn. Called customer service and sent photos of the shoes to either return them or give a discount but they just gave us the run around. We were hung up on twice as we were left on hold. Will not shop there again.
