The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The only hiccup was the coffee machine didn't work. Overall the experience was very good. I will continue to do business with Firestone in the future.

Stranded me in Jackson, TN!!! Left my truck there to get a quote from 11 to close. I called at 4:30 to check progress. They assured me they would follow up before they closed. Kept my keys and locked the door. They took my keys and stranded me for a quote. The truck isn't even in the shop. I'm a single father who is literally stranded. Like, wtf!!!

Truly a horrible experience!!! Had my car for over three days without looking at. Took me telling them I’m coming to get it before they checked on it. Was told the cost of repairs would be $1550 over then phone. Got there and my charges somehow ballooned to $1790. When asked why my billed had changed so much, TJ told me he didn’t included taxes!!!!! But what’s really disappointing and shows how poor of a company they are, they showed and charged me for a full inspection/diagnostic and didn’t even check any of my headlights. When I brought it up AGAIN, TJ said I could leave it with them again. These was for sure the worst car experience ever and I know for sure the reviews are brought and not actual customers.

Went there for an oil change. Lady told us that I also needed a new battery. This was about 5 months ago.
Already having to replace the battery this am. Will not ever use this establishment again.

Brought in for alignment which they only half way did truck still driving wierd had a bad ball joint never said anything and also didn't tighten bolts up on stabilizer bar bolts fell out while driving down the road

Our Jeep died at a stop light after the start/stop feature kicked on. It was towed to the other Firestone location, they told us it was likely a starter problem and said this location could help us as they were full. We got to this location and they immediately assumed it was a transmission issue and wouldn’t even look at it. They told us “we could go out and look at it and charge you $10 to tell you it’s the transmission and we can’t do anything.” We eventually asked them to check the battery after noticing there was not much spark when checking ourselves. They ultimately changed the battery for us but made snarky remarks about how the battery won’t fix the transmission. The battery itself did not get it started so we had it towed 4 hours home. Once at the shop at home the mechanic did not agree with what we were told, opened the fuse box, changed one fuse and got it started and running perfect immediately. They caused us more hassle and money than necessary by not even looking at it. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Set up an appointment online at 12 pm for a brake pad change needing the car ready by 10 am the next morning. That is 5 hours of open business and they said they cannot confirm it will be ready by that time. I went in like three weeks prior for an oil change and ac charge, was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes and the AC had no change and no one could give an answer as to the issue. Extremely slow service. Do not recommend.

They always have good service and they are good at explaining anything that you need to know about what's going on with your vehicle and if they find something that you didn't know. Always friendly and helpful

Would not go to this station again if I was being paid to go.
I had two services I paid for today, topping off my oil, and getting an alignment.
After getting my pickup back, to my horror my truck latch to open the hood was now broken. My hood had a little play while closed so it could be mistaken to being popped, but it doesn’t take much effort to double check the hood latch in the cabin if the latch isn’t engaging. It was clearly now broken as the button to the latch bar swings to the ground. I requested to have my oil topped off, and accepted for the amount of oil it would need, I would have to pay for. When I got to my house to inspect the damage on the latch, my finding was even worse! The oil was overfilled about a quart and a half, but the real kicker was my oil cap wasn’t even put back on the motor!!! I live 45 minutes away and had to borrow a vehicle to go buy a new cap! It’s lucky that I checked at all as I could have sprayed the oil out, or enough water gotten in before i realized there was a problem and ruined the motor.
Additionally, the check engine codes to my truck were now cleared. They are mostly a result of misfiring as I know from checking previously. Since I wasn’t having any engine work done I am now worried about what other aspects may have been tampered with since these codes shouldn’t have been addressed or wiped.
This is a stark and horrifying contrast to the shop just over on Vann Dr.

Jeff and TJ were the best! We had an issue with our car shaking and they did a full inspection everything was great. They are honest and hard workers. If I lived in the area they’d be my goto for any problems. Thanks guys!

My appointment for early morning oil change took 2hrs and 15 minutes. Their excuse was "we had a lot of walk ins". I would have been better off to go somewhere else.

Great customer service. Kind, hard working people, and in a world where I feel like I have to take out a loan to buy eggs I felt like the price for four new tires was from 2016 not 2024. Highly recommend.
