This has not been like the Firestones in Nashville, TN there have been clips left off under my car once the oil was changed & the whole bottom was snatched from beneath the car because of careless mistake while at the carwash & shop towels were found BENEATH MY TRUCK WHEN THE UNDERCARRIAGE CAME DOWN.

Treated us like family and went above and beyond making sure we knew what was wrong with the truck. Kept us from buying a used truck that had more than $8000 worth of repairs. Great group of guys and did a wonderful and thorough job checking the vehicle out.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The time I waited for four new tires was reasonable. Overall, a nice experience!

Living in Nashville for 34yrs Firestone was always my family's choice for car services. So naturally relocating to Jackson I thought to continue with Firestone. Upon my last visit, that choice have changed. My service started off with kindness. I left my vehicle requesting a battery check. Upon receiving a phone call I was informed both my front tires had a nail at 45 degree angel and need replacement. The rep quoted a sale pitch concerning tire prices. I declined the tire sales. I asked him what is the condition of my battery. He said it had a low reading but it's good. I didn't understand what that meant so I ask do I need to replace it. The reply was yes. Upon picking up my car a different rep went over my charges and reviewed papers and said my rear tires had nails. Well I was confused because earlier I was told front tires. She relooked at the paperwork and said it's your rear tires. I asked to see the papers and she responded negatively they were for the mechanic viewing not minds. I told her I would like to read about my car. She replied negatively again, gripping the papers toward her. She made a comment that it was wrong and redone? I stated I have the right to read any comments concerning my vehicle. She threw the papers on the counter in my direction saying "here". I told her that was totally unnecessary and she had no reply or addition conversation upon completion of my visit. Did I really need a battery at the time or was a battery sale taken after I declined the tires sale pitch. Why was the rep so disrespectful when I asked to view the paperwork concerning my vehicle?
Thank you
Deborah

Would give a zero rating. My husband called and asked if they could work on a BMW they told us yes they could. We took the car up there, and they call us back TWO days later saying they can't do the work on our car and they owe us 150$ for a diagnosis. We get the car back and our key phobe isn't working properly, but of course that's our fault. We know our key phobe worked properly when we drove there. If they couldn't work on our car and they couldn't do certain things to a BMW they should have told us that. Front desk lady would not let us speak to any mechanic, and was highly rude to my husband. Also the notes she wrote on our diagnostic paper she referred to my husband as "boss" instead of a paying customer. Which is highly rude to us after the horrible experience she gave my husband after taking the car there.

Waited over 4+ hrs to have new tires installed. Made an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half. Put the car on the rack and then took other customers ahead of me until I completed. Told me it was my fault because I did not tell them I needed the car by a certain time. Will not be back to this location! Not the first problem I have had with them.

This was my 1st time to have my oil changed in a Firestone Service Center. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of service that I received. As I was getting my oil changed, a man came to me as I was in the waiting area, and he was advising me of potential problems that would need to be addressed in the future. He told me my battery was about 200 cold cranking amps low. Then, he advised me that my air filters were ok, but might need to be replaced during my next oil change. Overall, I was impressed by how thorough he was. I can remember the mans name, but I know he was the one who I paid my bill to. I look forward to coming again. I just hope this is the type of service that I get on my next visit. This visit went extremely well and it was on a Sunday morning. I was very pleased. Thanks so much. Randy E

Driving through TN and had car issues; stopped at the Firestone and left the car and they got all of the information-make, model, year. Said they were busy and would look at it the next morning. That's fine. So far, so good. Got a hotel room and went back to the Firestone the next day to ask about progress and was told that the car was too old for them to work on. They knew the year of the car the day before...why couldn't they have said they couldn't/wouldn't service it then? Instead I wasted an entire day and hotel expense because of poor communication. Super frustrating!
