Ignore the review from Sean. The item he bought worked, and he didn't even know how to put it on the controller properly. Gamestop's return policy is exactly the same as other stores. Learn how to put a battery on a controller. Youtube is free.

They carded me for a game and Im 44 years old! I told them this and they refused to let me buy the game without seeing my license. Best part is the kid that carded me, is younger than my oldest daaughter! Lol! This stupidity is the reason there are few game stops left and everyone just goes to Walmart.
