I was injured at this Goodwill store on July 10th when the top of a coffee table exploded in my hands. They filled out paperwork which included the statement of a witness and I went to the doctors where they continued to pull glass out of my skin. The manager, Lisa Y. assured me that their insurance company would be contacting me “soon”, the lady who completed the paperwork said usually within 24 hours. Well it’s now 3 weeks later and no one from Goodwill has contacted me OR will return my call. I’ve called both Lisa, the store manager and the supposed safety guy Dylan Kinney at corporate. Meanwhile I’m in pain daily. And this from a company that I’ve donated to for years and is supposed to help the community. What a fraud. I really thought they would do the right thing, so disappointed.

Great prices and friendly cashiers. You do have to go on a treasure hunt as the items sold are donated by people but very fun!

Asked me to round up the total, and I did. I paid, she gave me my change and just stared. I said can you put this in a bag ? She acted really insulted and said that we don't have any bags.

A real life saver for someone that only has a small amount of time to come up with a complete outfit. Funerals,Job interviews, work ...etc. Get everything you need in just one location. Plus the store is well organized so you can locate what your looking for quick.

Ur south store is hot and humid. The cashiers look miserable. The door going in is broken and left open so any cold air is going out the door. I was told that if they bring a fan it will get taken up. I will not support any business that lets their employees work in such conditions.

Store was clean and very organized. Prices were fair. Cheap on some, high on others. Enjoyed visiting this store. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

This store is a rip off. I visited this location this week. They had a set of bathroom shelves. They were clearly a SET but they had them both marked for 19.99. These items are donated and they were wanting me to pay them prices. This company should be ashamed of itself.

Some things are overpriced, but as a former employee of GW, I also understand why. They do have a guide to go by, and it also depends on location and training. I've never had an issue with the employees at this location. They're always kind and helpful.

Store had lots of over priced items for a resale store. Noticed that there were items that cost more than they did as new in retail stores. Won't be back.

A worker named Brandi G. checked me and my friend out and she stole a blouse from me and a tank top from my friend and we came back to ask for help on the situation from the manager and she was extremely rude and gave us nothing back.
