Just want to give a shout out to Jamie and crew at Goodyear in Jackson. I and my family are new to the Jackson area and I was nervous about finding a mechanic I could trust. It wasn’t long after talking to Jamie that I knew Goodyear was going to be our new Home for car service. Jamie is always willing to try to fit me in even if the shop is busy, and I found his mechanics to be very good. I am grateful for the customer service I’ve received. When you’re dealing with automobiles, it’s always good to have someone you can trust!

I was traveling from Kentucky to South Carolina on a Saturday when my battery light came on indicating a problem with my charging system. I found the closest parts store who diagnosed the alternator was bad. After calling multiple places trying to find a shop that could replace it, I called Goodyear in Jackson, TN. I spoke with David, the mechanic, who told me that he could and would fix it for me today. I was roughly an hour away and headed that direction. I got within a half mile of the shop and my vehicle quit on me. I called the shop and spoke with Jamie, the manager, who told me which tow company to call. The tow truck came and got us to the shop where the staff got right on repairing it. They were quick, efficient and extremely accommodating to a guy almost 600 miles from home. Many thanks and I highly recommend.

I received great service here from start to finish. From the time I first worked through the door Ms. Denise, greeted me with a big smile and warm greeting. she was just so friendly and helpful. She made my check-in so easy for me especially since this was my first time there. Then we found out the lock for my tires were missing and I was needing my front brakes changed and Mr. David the technician came from the back along with Mr. Jamie the manager ( both who were very friendly and helpful) and they explained what I would need to do so that I could understand it, and did not make me feel stupid. I went down the road got it taken care of and they fit me right on back it .so needless to say I have finally found my new car repair home, they take care of you here. I’ll be back shortly to get my tires!!

I was caught with a flat tire leaving work one day. They gave me the name of a tow truck service and took care of my flat even though it was almost closing time! Super service and they were very kind and courteous.

So not only did they falsely advertise price and overcharge me, tech tighten oil pan nut so tight that it crushed washer and created a oil leak. That oil leak then continued to mess up starter, oil pump selonid and the transmission switch. The so-called 29.99 oil change cost me several hundreds to fix. Beware.

We were on the road heading home from a long family driving trip, and our check engine light came on and the car started shaking. We made it a few exits into Jackson TN and Firestone turned us away, so we came across the street to Goodyear. Denise at the front desk was so sweet and the repairman were wonderful! They took care of us even though it was close to closing on a Saturday and made sure we weren't stranded all weekend with kids and no car. I highly recommend this Jackson TN location! They are friendly, super fast, and care about their customers. Thank you so much!
