The machines are in excellent condition and state of the art. Customers enjoy a comfortable place with air-conditioning, fans, snacks, and TVs. The attendants are wonderful, helpful, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. One attendant named Nettie was especially helpful, and Ms. Valarie provides great customer service and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable. This laundromat is a gem and the best laundry mat customers have ever stepped foot in. It is a clean, friendly, and reliable place to do laundry.

Of all the laundry mats in Jackson Tn , This is the cleanest and the friendliest one. The two ladies that are working now at 3:32 06/04 are great and helpful to me and I will be using this one all the time. Great Pleace

This laundromat is a gem. Clean, comfortable, air-conditioning, fans, snacks, and a wonderful attendant named Nettie, who helped me greatly. I'll be back.
