Went into the store today, picked up some paint needed it mixed. They paged someone to mix it and we waited for 5-6 minutes at which point a lady at the service desk told us the paint mixer was down. There are five mixers btw so I stepped behind the counter and hit the power button on one and it went to spinning. They just didn’t wanna mess with us. When I told the lady it was working she said “well that’s crazy” and still wouldn’t help us.

Worst customer service EVER!! We bought a new fridge from Home Depot in Jackson 10/6 for 2500.. said we wldnt get it til 11/22. They bring it out and it’s damaged they take it back a week goes by we hear nothing from them about redelivery. So I call them they tell me someone will call me about delivery. I get a call on 12-9 they are coming 12-10 between 2-6. Husband sits at home waiting for delivery of course they NEVER come… I call Friday night with no help, call Saturday to store told they will call me back and I’ve yet to hear from them so today I call today and I won’t be getting it until first of year WTF!!! No I’ll take a full refund and take my business elsewhere… I’ve been on hold for 25 mins now trying to get my refund!! I would not do business with them ever again

Contractor services is always helpful and friendly...but it seems they are not as knowledgeable as they should be. Still, never a bad experience! Best lumber prices in town and the store is mostly well kept.

Asked for help getting prices on some lumber, with 10+ employees standing around they looked at me and went their separate ways like they didn't get paid to help customers. If you need wood or any help with a project I would not come here

Last few times we have went to Home Depot in Jackson TN. a young man name is"Mark" in the garden/flower department is very helpful courteous, goes out of his way to help/assist you . Excellent Customer Service. Plus +10

The lady in Paint was busy ,noone else would come help. I asked someone at the return desk if there's anyone else that helps in paint and she acted like no duh. So I ordered paint from Home Depot online and it's taking FOREVER to ship. No tracking info . If the paint lady wouldve acknowledged us we would already have our paint

Hi. My spouse and I were in this location this afternoon and purchased a fridge and stove. We were a little worried because there were a lot of other customers and we weren't sure how long it would take to find some help. Luckily for us we ran across Lacey A from the window department (hope I got your name right) as she was running through the appliance section. She professed just being trained on this procedure yesterday. I was completely blown away at how wonderful she managed our interaction. She was both professional and a delightful to speak with; and though she said she was new to this type of transaction she did great! She made the whole experience smooth and painless. Because of how well she did, we stopped for some drill bits and paint sample cards on the way out. I have never had an experience like that. I wish every transaction would go that nicely. Thank you Lacey! We will be coming back.

Just stood in the lumbar area for 20 minutes with 3 pages for assistance and no one came. Finally talked to someone who told me Jason is the lumbar guy and he must have gone home. Home Depot has the reputation nationwide of never being able to find someone to help you and this just reconfirmed it. Definitely going to Lowe’s from now on.

So much better than Lowe's. Workers here are nice and helpful. I went to Lowe's garden Dept today. I can barely walk with a cane and they wouldn't allow me in the garden center entrance because of corona virus. Told me I had to walk to the front and all the way around. I couldn't physically do it. I wanted to cry. I left and came to Home Depot where I was treated like a human.

I bought a washer and dryer at Home Depot in Jackson and it was delivered today. They were supposed to bring my washer and dryer and install them and haul off the old ones. They left the new in the Middle of the floor in the living room. Did not take the old ones. Said they didnt have a dryer cord (that I paid for ) and left. Everyone was very helpful and informative! I purchased new carpet and vinyl plank flooring and the price was so reasonable that I have extra money left to purchase furniture from another store!! Thank y’all for all your help!!

Its a typical Home Depot. I've been using them more than Lowe's lately. The store needs to be organized a little better and the employees need a little more training to be top notch.

There are no cashiers to check out your purchases and sales associates are very few. I shop at Lowes because they have cashiers, only reason I bought from here is because Lowes was out of stock.
