I recently moved to the area and tried this mechanic for my Audi and Lexus. I made an online appointment, which their system didn't register, causing a wait when I arrived. I wanted my check engine light diagnosed but wasn't informed of the cost upfront. They charged me over $170, which was unexpected and not communicated. Their payment machine malfunctioned, and Adrian, the employee, wrote down my entire credit card details on paper, which I found concerning. He assured me it'd be destroyed eventually, but this method was unsettling. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with their service and transparency. I'd advise caution for anyone considering this business.

$5k in and still leaks, was lied to more than once. Was told it would be another $4k to fix it. Should have been made right but it was NOT. Will not be back and would not recommend.

I have never wrote a review but Jackson Auto is the best friendly and quick. I needed help and just popped in on them for the first time. They took me in and within hours they had my problem solve on a scale 1-20 it’s a 20 hello to my new repair shop. If you need a repair shop drop in and tell them you saw my review. Unfortunately, I through a rod in my BMW And did not want to spend the money to replace the engine. However, Jackson Auto Repair gave a fair price to perform the work, and were great about communicating with me throughout the process. They had the tools and equipment needed to change the battery on my Audi A7. The car needed to maintain power even while the battery was being replaced. They were able to do that and re-learn the car to the battery to let it know it now had a new battery. Highly recommend.Service: Auto battery replacement

I was recommended to Jackson Auto Repair by Golden Circle Autos to service my Mercedes C300 for its yearly maintenance. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of Zack in the front office. Not only was he professional and courteous but patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained to us so we understood. They were able to get my car in fairly quickly for the work and were less expensive than taking it to Memphis to have the same work done. After having my car there I called and asked them if they could please re-adjust my headlights and they did without any hesitation. I am totally satisfied with the service I received and will remain a loyal customer for them. Alternator in my Mini died passing through, even though they're one of the only foreign car garages in town they're fair and fast with competitive prices. Not to mention a great group of guys to talk to.
