I took my truck there to have the cooling system flushed out after I installed a new water pump.I asked if they were able to flush the engine while doing the system flushed,to which I was told the complete cooling system and engine would be done. When I picked my truck I asked the service writer Logan if the tested the coolant to the proper freezing temperature, which he replied they did!! Being a former mechanic I took my anti freeze tester and tested it before I left. It tested no good at +25 degrees. I went in and asked if they could come out and check it which the technician did finding the same reading I got! I asked him if they flush the entire system like I was told they were doing.He said all he did was drained the radiator and put new coolant back in never flush out the plain water and coolant system cleaner I put in. All which was shared with the service manager before service was done. I left my truck there so they could get it to proper freezing levels. The next day when I verified the system the upper hose was sucked tight meaning they never put enough coolant in the system, I had to add almost 1 gallon of antifreeze to bring up to level. They never filled the overflow tank. I’m glad for all the people that say they had a good experience here, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Just imagine if I didn’t check the work they said they did and my truck froze up in the winter time !!!

Excellent service, I took my car there thinking it was the alternator. I even told them it was tested won't say the name of the company that tested it, I got a phone call from the Tech. and he informed me it was the battery. Could have went another way. Had my brakes done there earlier this year awesome service every time.

KB’s does excellent work at a fair price! They have caught significant issues with two different cars and offered advice as to how to solve them. Definitely recommend them! Plus, my kids love the dog, Tucker.

UNPARALLELED service! I ran into problems (wheel bearings) while traveling cross country. KB's got me fixed up and back on the road the same day...and for a price my husband (who is also my usual auto-mechanic) said was excellent for what they had to do. Super clean, comfortable waiting area. Incredibly friendly/helpful staff, including my favorite member of the team, Tucker, the golden doodle who literally fetches paperwork between offices in exchange for treats! Here's a pic of him saying hi to Peep, my traveling companion! Thanks so much, KB!!!

This is a company that has a fantastic owner (Kevin ) I had an issue with a diagnostic code with an oil change. There were some issues when I picked it back up. However what happened next separates KB from the rest. He called my phone after hours and personally told me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He also had the opportunity to replace a part when I would never know. However he did what was RIGHT! Then he personally drove it himself twice then with me before I paid. Use local and use Kevin KBs auto service you will be treated right!!!!!
