Here from out of town. Got in the car this morning to discover low pressure in my tires. Stopped by just for air. The young man behind the counter told me there was no charge! The young man who filled my tires was quick and professional. Very pleased with my service.

Arrived at 11:06 a.m with a tire losing air. Down to 16 psi. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. After an hour, I asked if if they were close to seeing about my tire. The response was, there is one ahead of you and we have people getting four tires. After two hours, I left and went to the station down the street and got air. Went to next nearest tire center.

GREAT experience today! I lost my key to my wheel lock. They tried to find one to fit it and when they couldn’t, they fixed me right up with a new set and new key! The blonde guy, I didn’t get his name, he was awesome! He explained the new locks to me and gave me a wonderful deal! Thank you King Tire, you saved my week!!

If I could give a 0 I would I brought my car to them for the air on 8/15 they replaced the thermostat and and housing for it....it stopped working on 8/25 took it back to them n told them....they had this car for practically 2 days and was rude when I called to get an update and I know on purposely call me at 4:57 to say my car is ready so they closing in 3 min and won't be open sat.....so I can't get it until Tues the 2nd.....Rude and inconsiderate and didn't offer anything....

I went today only to check prices on new tires. I talked to a guy. I don’t remember his name but he gave me a quote for tires on my car. Told me they had them in stock and could have it done in one hour. Exactly one hour later I drove off with a new set of tires with warranty and the price was affordable. Love this place. Will definitely be a continued customer. Thanks and best regards!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. These people told me they balanced and rotated my tires, and that should fix the problem I was having. They didn’t even “charge” me for it. I was so happy and I was definitely going to return to buy new tires. An hour later, I notice I’m still having the exact same problem. I go to another shop and they informed me that these people straight up lied to me and didn’t even try to fix my car. The other shop showed me the wheel weights off my car that would indicate a balance had NOT been done. They had me sitting in the waiting room for an hour just for them to literally do nothing…. Like what was the point?

Can't say enough good things about all of the people and the entire experience here. I was from Florida visiting my sick mother and there were some tire issues so i had gone to discount tire the day before. I told them the issues I was having which was my tire was losing air when I drive on the highway and upon recommendation I was told to purchase 2 new tires, so I did. I then left went back to my mother's thinking the issue was resolved since they are a tire shop why would I not think they knew what they were doing and the issue was resolved, fast forward to the following day. Nothing looks as if it's off so we start on a journey. 25 miles down the road the tire which was just replaced was almost flat. So luckily I had my air machine on me filled it up and drove back to my mother's, frustrated and concerned because I obviously need to get back to Florida. So when I returned I decided to take it to the Chevy dealership, unfortunately the tire man was out that day so on a whisper I was referred to Bo at King tire so I took the car to King and I'm so thankful I did. When I arrived I was with my fiance and dog and it was very hot. We were welcomed into an air conditioned building with our little Pug and he was a highlight he loved the attention and the people loved him. After about 25 to 30 minutes I was asked how come I bought 2 new tires and so I informed him of what had happened and what I was told. He explained to me the solution was much simpler and there's a possibility it wasn't necessary. Now I will say I purchased at a good price compared to Florida prices but to not solve the problem and treat me like a dollar sign shows me discount tire didn't honestly care. After explaining the problem to me which was a bad valve stem they fixed it right up and didn't even try to sell me anything past that and I was worried about having to buy a new rim..... they could've lied......I was ready to bite the bullet...... but they didn't which shows they care and have integrity. I unfortunately will probably never be back but I want people to know my story because they deserve it and even though I may not be able to give them further money maybe I can help get further sales because they really were awesome and helpful and people need to hear an honest unbiased review...... and after all the stressful crap I went through with stress and tires they said don't worry and sent me on my way. This is what the world is missing now. People who honestly want to help and I'm sooooo appreciative and thankful for yall.

Man you will enjoy the recliners they have in the waiting area. I leaned right back and almost fell asleep. Great deals on tires.

My husband carried my vehicle there for tires and alignment, after we dropped it off they called my husband saying it needed a lot more work($500). My husband was tired from work and misunderstood the repairs they were going to do. My husband left for work I picked it up. Fast forward week and we discovered that 5 of the “new” parts they “installed” had been installed 3 months prior(100% they were new then). So my husband calls and they demanded that my car needed the parts, so I was like I mean there’s nothing that can be done. But when I went in for the rotation I wanted to talk to the mechanic about it and they were very rude. Truly innocent people don’t get so defensive. I will not ever do business with them again. I mean I don’t know how often CV axles & sway bars & sway links brake but I hope it’s not every 3 months. 😭 $400 lesson
