Being new to the area I was told to try these guys out for my tire and wheel replacement. Their customer service and support has been beyond what I expected. Having such a stubborn wheel and tire situation is to say the least yet they managed to make it work. Chris and Frank both have been very helpful and understanding to me while still maintaining the fast pace of running the shop. After a couple trips back to have my tires remounted due to MY special fitment they have managed to maintain professionalism and courtesy each time. They have gone above and beyond and have helped me keep my car on the road in order to get to my job and I am extremely grateful. This shop isn’t just a shop, they are good people at a good shop. Thank you King Tire of Jackson!

Even giving them short notice they went to another location to get their in stock tires and put those new tires on and had it back within 3 hrs! Great service

OUTSTANDING! My truck needed new tires, talked to Chris, he threw some great options out there, and I decided on one of the recommended sets. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up after work, and couldn't be happier! Will be coming here for all of my tire needs from now on!

So glad we found this shop
Low tire sensor issues while passing through Jackson. Fixed the problem professionally and conscientiously. On the road in minimum time lost. Nice folks to boot. Hope I didn't eat too many of their peppermints while waiting.

Great experience, drove 2 hours away to get here. Chris was fast helpful and was fair with price. Their selection here is amazing and they have everything you could want. Will be coming back despite the longer drive. Well worth the service and experience.
