Kohls’s managers have a tendency to berate their younger employees and talk down towards them. I had a conversation with Patrick about how he spoke to my kid and he began to over-talk me and make condescending comments. I told their head manager Matt about the situation, all he did was take up for Patrick, saying that he has never behaved that way, yet he did behave this way twice in a simple 5-minute phone conversation. They continued to schedule my child during school hours and punished my child for not showing up as if my child was supposed to skip school and be there. The Jackson Kohls is operating egregiously and should be investigated.

My mother, my sons Grand Mother bought Pokemon cards for him for our early family Christmas, the box was empty with no packs in it. You should be ashamed that you are selling things that are empty to people who don't know any better. I am astounded that you would scam children, and the elderly right before Christmas!

Worst store ever, so disappointed.
Could not find any one to help, several items not priced, no scanners. I wanted help with vacuum cleaners.

A wide range of women's clothing, especially good selection of intimates.
But if, like me, you generally shop for Plus Size clothing, there is not much to choose from.
There are other clothing stores within a few miles of Kohl's that cater for us much better.

Happy Sephora is in Jackson but the selection must improve . When I come in what I want is usually gone.They had Patrick Starr powders which I like the marigold is a great brighter but on me it just look like my skin tone but it did brighten
