This pharmacy is very slow. I have had multiple issues having to wait on things from them. I don't know if it is a staffing issue or just the way they do work. I could not recommend them.

Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer the telephone. That is a nice change from Walgreens. Walgreens is so slow in answering phone although their technicians are nice.

The old white haired man pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of trying to talk to. Stay far away from this pharmacy. I'll be going back to the one on W. University Parkway.

Pearcy was closed and no sign posted. Had to go 3 times for the meds. Wasted lots of gas going there for nothing.

I scheduled my booster for 4:15. It's 4:51, and they haven't had an in person customer in fifteen minutes. I will be going to the Kroger down the road for my healthcare needs from now on. And they yell at customers as well.

I love this pharmacy but I hate the call in refill line. It was updated to a voice automated service. It is horrible. Worst thing they have done.
