Let me start out by saying that I am a fan of Kroger. However, this location can use a bit of a deep cleaning and maybe pay more attention to the continuous upkeep on the store. There were items lying on the ground and you can see that the floor needed cleaning.Kroger has some good deals with their meat and grocery items. This store has those items, though another complaint is that it is not a very big store. This Kroger also has a gas station on the property. All in all, I will give it four stars. While they have problems that need to be addressed, it was convenient to my hotel and got me the items I needed to make my night in a hotel on business easier to deal with.

This store changed. And I just wanna know why the isles got smaller? When everything was moved around; Seems like they moved things closer together. I have had some good experiences in here tho. Sometimes you can find good deals. And sometimes the produce goes bad kinda fast. I've noticed this recently.

Pick any other Kroger to go to. There's not enough workers so the self checkout line is always backed up, they are out of stock of a lot of stuff and one of the doors to go in doesn't work so it's just a mess of people trying to come and go at the same time.

Very helpful! Helped me save a lot of money. I should have switched to Kroger pharmacy years ago.

Nice employees but too long of a wait. Kroger is a greedy corporation that refuses to hire more workers.

This is the closest Kroger to my house, and by far the best one in Jackson. The store is clean and usually well-stocked. Their meat department and bakery are the best in town. The staff is helpful and polite, and their self checkouts are always up and running. Their layout leaves a bit to be desired, as it's not always possible to find what you're looking for quickly.

Don’t use Kroger pharmacy. I had so much trouble with them filling scripts in a timely manner when I lived there and now they are refusing to transfer a prescription to where I live now at Publix. There is no Kroger here! My prescriptions are cheaper at Publix too!

Friendly service. Wait times can vary, but typically faster than most large pharmacies. They have an option to scan card pay outside the window. Double lanes are available, however, I would rather see people one on one old school, so I usually go through lane one.

Has always had a negative experience with one of your workers. She is an old lady, short lady white hair and glasses running the register at self checkout. The machine said help is on the way. Asked her to help nicely she totally ignored me. It was rude, really rude. I've seen her do this to others also. I've been coming in this particular store for a while. I just think it was very rude. Ps she wasn't busy either.

For year I have used one of the big pharmacy chains for all of my prescription needs. I just never even considered Kroger pharmacy. Then my insurance coverage changed and I found myself paying out of pocket for all of my medication. That is when I began to notice how expensive medicine had become. I was unable to afford what cost of maintaining my vital medications. I began to shop around with every pharmacy in town and a few online options. After an exhaustive search, I found Kroger Pharmacy on average provided the best price for the majority of my medications. I was already shopping for groceries at Kroger so it was super covenant. That is when I made the greatest discovery of all … the people who work in Kroger's Pharmacy! They were not only professional and courteous; they were also personal and helpful! They have helped me lower the cost of my medications by comparing several discount cards and other cost saving measures. They have always been willing to explain things to me in everyday language I can understand. They seem to care and want to help people with medical needs that require medication. I would encourage you to compare their prices to where ever you get your medications from currently. This location happens to be close to where I work and I am willing to bet they have one near you as well.
